You'll simply tell us what you need and we'll make it happen. The only software you will use is the RS Cloud which allows you to view, edit, and manage registrations, payments, and email sends.

We're actually very competitive with "do it yourself" providers, especially when you consider the time savings we provide, because we do not charge per-registration or credit card transaction fees. You'll pay one flat fee for the work effort and benefit from the web products we deliver and the automation our system provides.

How It Works

We'll have your event up and running in a few simple steps:
Give us your requirements & branding vision.

Requirements Definition

We will need 30 - 60 minutes of your time to identify the unique branding, functions, and reporting that are required for your event. We'll walk you through our set up process and provide "best practice" advice for complex events.
We'll build your emails, sites, forms, & reports.

Project Implementation

We will create your event management system incorporating all of the requirements defined in the initial interview. We will deliver a fully tested first draft of your project in 2 - 5 business days for your review.
Review our work and provide feedback.

Review & Revisions

We will provide links to your HTML products and provide you with an RS Cloud login to review each element of the project. Record your feedback and submit to us for revisions. We will repeat this process until you are fully satisfied.
We'll launch your site & you can monitor results.

Going Live

We will launch your HTML products. Your automated registration system will be active for as long as you require and you can monitor and manage registrations via the RS Cloud. We will provide updates and support for the life of the project.
We'll interview you to prep for future events.

Post Review

Once your event is over, we will conduct a meeting with you to record how the event went and identify areas to increase event management efficiency and to improve the registration experience for your attendees.
